Charity Emergency Service Day
Join us on Saturday 27th September for a fun day out!
We’ll have special visits from a police car and van, a fire responder car, and a fire truck at Cobbs! 🚓🚒
The Berkshire Lowland Search and Rescue (BLSAR) team will also be joining us, along with Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue (RBFRS) — and possibly even an ambulance from South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS). For the first time, we may have all three emergency services in attendance, together with our fantastic colleagues from BLSAR, who provide vital support at a wide range of incidents.
This is a free event for our customers to enjoy, but we’re also raising funds for our local emergency services.
This year, we’re proud to support The Curtis Palmer Program, which helps serving and retired police officers and staff facing physical injuries, illness, or mental health challenges.
Please bring some pennies to help us thank them for the amazing work they do!

Pop-up Pumpkin Patch + Carving Tent
Pumpkin picking is back at Cobbs!
Visit our pop-up pumpkin patch this October, open from 10am to 4pm (3pm on Sundays!), with small, medium and large pumpkins to choose from. No need to book for pumpkin picking BUT if you want to make a day of it, you can book online to visit our carving tent and create a beautiful masterpiece from your picked pumpkin.

To make use of our carving tent, it's £10 per person and includes your (picked) pumpkin, all the tools to create a masterpiece, a glass of squash for children AND you get to leave all the mess (pumpkin guts!) behind for us to clean up instead.
Carving tent bookings are available in 2-hour time slots, giving you plenty of time to get creative and enjoy the experience.
Double-Decker Bus Café
Our Double-Decker Bus Café will be open during these dates, serving a selection of refreshments for you to stop off and refuel at.

Cobbs Sandpit
If the weather holds, our sandpit will be open and ready for kids to dig or build sandcastles this Autumn.
